Robert J. Cottrol

Robert J. Cottrol is an American legal scholar and legal historian. He is Professor of Law, of History, and of Sociology at George Washington University.

Career

Cottrol holds a chair in the George Washington University Law School and is a professor of history and sociology.[1] He is the author of five books and dozens of book chapters, law review articles, book reviews, and other published works on slavery, gun control, and others topics.[2]
