Click on that link to explain it, but basically we don't write biographies about people notable for a single event, in this case the way he died. Now you cite a huge amount of international coverage of his death, so it is ''possible'' we could have an article about that event, but I'm not sure. The main issue that makes me not sure is the WP:LASTING part of Wikipedia:Notability (events); his death got a lot of coverage, but did it lead to any actual change? I am not quite sure; but I am quite sure that just this biography article about the person won't fly. (AFCH 0.9) undo
